The development also includes a large 1.8 hectare park to the south with a large playground, extensive walkways, and pedestrian/cyclist link to the nearby train station. The housing cells incorporate a variety of small pockets of open space and shared surface areas. The houses are carefully located to work with the existing sloped topography of the site and a variety of house types and elevational treatments are provided giving the development a distinct character. Construction began in 2018 with final completions due for late 2023.
